What an amazing , stunning and breathe taking performance last night at Victoria Baths ! Shakespeare at its absolute best ! Well done to all the staff and children involved , it was just wonderful to watch and you should all be very proud of yourselves.

I had the privilege of being able to go and watch the outstanding performance of Macbeth by year 5 and 6 pupils. It was an absolute pleasure see the children perform Shakespeare so enthusiastically. Staff and children must have worked so hard and should be extremely proud of themselves, it was amazing, well done to you all!

Enjoy your summer holiday and come visit us soon with all your new school news. Your Thank You card is amazing, I love it and it will be up on my wall in September. Hi. I attended Crab Lane Primary during the years 1954 to 1958. At that time Mr Griffith was Head Master and Miss Birch Head Teacher of the Infants School. The gardening teacher was Mr "Pop" Tarver and the teacher who was the most influential impact on my life was Mr Stokoe who gave me a love of literature and the English language, Mr Stokoe frequently told his pupils that they all spoke Blackley Dutch but he persevered with us anyway. I am delighted that the school continues to be a vibrant environment in which children may learn. Now retired, having been in Australia since 1969, I have only fond memories of my time at your school.

Thank you Crab Lane I attended the school from 1966 until 1973 and I am Searching for vintage photos but to no avail but I did see my Sisters photo who is one of your staff there & my youngest brother Peter Horsfield pictured in some of the vintage photos it was a great era for me as I spent most of my time in Blackley and loved the sports days with the likes of Mr Trufit Mr Little Mrs Ford can't remember the head at the time but Mrs Reeves took over I owe it all to your teaching methods as I ended up serving in the RAF so you definitely did something right!! keep up the good work & Sis you do a great job xxx Crab Lane I love you
